NACURH stands for the National Association of College and University Residence Halls. NACURH is the largest student run non-profit corporation in the world. The operating structure of NACURH is comprised of eight regional affiliates and one corporate office. Each region is responsible for all schools in their respective area.
UBC is a part of PACURH, which is the Pacific Affiliate of NACURH. PACURH also consists of schools from the states of Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, and Alaska. PACURH strives to bring student leaders from across the Pacific region together with the aim to create the best possible experience for students living in residence on college and university campuses.
Each year, both NACURH and PACURH hold an Annual Leadership Conference at a different institution in the corresponding region.
